Publishing & Embedding

Once you have built your chatbot, you need to publish it so your audience can interact with it. Querlo Studio provides several flexible ways to integrate your chat into websites, emails, or as standalone links.

Accessing Publishing Options

To access the embedding and publishing settings:

  1. Open the Chatbot you wish to publish from your dashboard.
  2. In the Chat Builder view, locate and click the Embed button found in the top right corner of the page.
  3. The Publishing Options modal will appear, offering four distinct methods to share your chat.

Choosing Your Method

Depending on your needs, you can choose from:

  • Popup: A floating chat bubble that opens a chat window on top of your content.
  • Inline: An iframe that embeds the chat directly into a specific section of your webpage.
  • Link: A direct URL (Permalink) that you can share in emails, social media, or buttons.
  • WordPress: A dedicated plugin for seamless integration with WordPress websites.
  • SDK: A programmatic way to embed and control chatbots using JavaScript.
