Direct Link (Permalink)

The Link tab provides a direct URL to your chatbot. This is the simplest way to get users into a conversation without needing to modify website code.

Use Cases

A Permalink is ideal for:

• Email Campaigns: Link directly to a questionnaire or survey.
• Social Media: Share your bot on LinkedIn, Twitter, or Facebook.
• Buttons: Direct users from a "Contact Us" button on your site to a full-screen chat experience.
• QR Codes: Print a QR code that opens the chat link on mobile devices.

Getting the Link

Simply go to the Link tab and click Copy to Clipboard. You can then paste this link anywhere. The URL will lead users to a clean, focus-mode version of your chatbot that fills the entire browser window.
