Notifications

The Notifications tab within the Chat Customization settings allows you to manage how your team stays informed about user interactions. You can granularly control who receives alerts and through which channels, ensuring timely responses to critical events like lead captures or human intervention requests.

You can access these settings by opening a Chatbot's customization panel and selecting the Notifications tab.

Managed Recipients

The Notifications panel displays a list of team members and associated email addresses. You can toggle specific notification types for each recipient using the checkboxes provided in the table.

Notification Types

  1. Chat Completion (): Enable this to receive an email summary whenever a user reaches the end of a conversation flow or completes a specific goal. This is ideal for tracking lead generation and workflow success.
  2. Human Takeover Request: When a user requests to speak with a person, or the bot triggers a handover, you can be alerted via two methods:
    • Email (): Receive a direct email alert with a link to jump into the conversation.
    • Native Push (): Receive real-time native notifications on your device.

Native Notifications Support

Querlo Studio supports native push notifications to provide the fastest possible response time. These alerts allow you to "jump in" and take over a chat from the AI agent instantly.

  • Desktop: Supported on all modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). Ensure you have granted notification permissions to the Querlo Studio domain in your browser settings.
  • Mobile Devices: Stay connected on the go with support for mobile push notifications, ensuring you never miss a high-value human takeover request even when away from your desk.

By combining email alerts for record-keeping and native notifications for instant action, your team can maintain a seamless hybrid experience between automated AI and live human support.
