Create a 3D avatar
In the Chat customization window you can select the Avatar tab to insert the 3D Avatars.
We support 3D avatars from the following platforms:
- Avaturn (avaturn.me)
- LiveAvatar (liveavatar.com)
- Ready Player Me (readyplayer.me)
Avaturn
Go to avaturn.me, create a free account, and follow their instructions to set up your avatar. At the end, download the avatar file.
Important: If you want lip sync with audio, download the avatar with Blendshapes V2. Note that this version is less visually detailed but supports animation.
Once downloaded, upload the .glb file and you are ready to go.
Tips for TOP quality with Avaturn
To get the best results from Avaturn's AI photo-based avatar generation:
- Take face photos with excellent lighting
- Avoid subjects with beard, mustache, or glasses
- Use an AI tool to remove the hair from the photos before uploading
- Upload the 3 photos to Avaturn
- Choose the first hair style in the list — it uses a painted texture rather than a 3D model, which improves both quality and performance
LiveAvatar
In order to use LiveAvatar, you need an account on LiveAvatar.com, from there you can select the preferred avatar and collect the Avatar ID you will need a voice, collect it and you will also need a context ID, this is not needed from the Querlo side, but it is mandatory from LiveAvatar, so just create an empty Context and get its ID
the ids can be collected from the Heygen site as well.
Put these 3 fields in the Querlo Config
Ready Player Me
Ready Player Me has shut down its service. You can still use it only if you have a previously created .glb file downloaded on your computer. Simply upload the .glb file and you are ready to go.
