User Profile & Security

Managing your personal presence in Querlo Studio is centralized in the User Menu. Your profile settings allow you to customize how you appear to teammates and manage your account's security.

Accessing the User Menu

To open your personal settings, click on your Name/Avatar in the top-left corner of the sidebar. This will expand the User Menu where you can access:

• Profile: Jump directly to your personal information dashboard.
• Logout: Securely end your current session.

Personal Information

Within the Profile dashboard, you can granularly customize your identity:

• Identity & Contact: Update your first name, last name, phone numbers, and country of residence.
• User Avatar: Upload a personal photo or icon. Crucial: This avatar will represent you during Human Takeover sessions, helping users identify which team member is assisting them.
• Business Details: If you are signing on behalf of a business, you can provide your organization name, market sector, and website for better-tailored support.
• Security: Use the tabs at the top to manage your Email, change your Password, and configure your personal Notification preferences.

Keep your profile updated to ensure seamless collaboration with your team and professional interaction with your chat users.
