Team Management Overview

In Querlo Studio, the Team is the fundamental organizational unit. Everything you create—from chatbots and knowledge bases to API integrations—lives within the context of a team. Understanding how teams work is essential for managing your resources and collaborating effectively.

The Core Concept

A team represents a shared workspace. When you first sign up for Querlo Studio, every user starts with an initial team automatically created for them. This team serves as your primary environment for building and testing your first conversational agents.

Managing Multiple Teams

Querlo Studio supports multi-tenancy, meaning you can be a member of multiple teams simultaneously.

  • Switching Teams: You can easily jump between different workspaces by clicking on the Team Name in the sidebar. This opens a selector allowing you to switch your active context.
  • Isolation: Each team is strictly isolated. Chatbots in "Team A" cannot access the knowledge bases or integrations of "Team B". This ensures data privacy and clean organization for different clients or internal departments.

Shared Resources

The team level is where your most important configurations are defined. When you configure your LLM Integrations (such as Azure AI, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Anthropic), they become globally available to every chatbot within that team. Similarly, Studio APIs like Webhooks and API Keys are managed at the team level to ensure consistent connectivity across your workspace.

This "Configure Once, Use Everywhere" approach allows you to:

  1. Maintain a single source of truth for your API credentials.
  2. Share Knowledge Bases across multiple different chatbots.
    1. Manage billing and usage limits at a centralized level.

By mastering team management, you ensure that your Studio workspace remains organized, secure, and ready to scale with your business needs.
